There's some jerk that turns up on my street every once in a while, passenger jumps out and disappears inside a building for 15 to 30 mins while the driver idles.... drugs? I doubt it in the area..... Sargeant Splat written all over the vehicle, a paintball thing I guess. Question: are these fair game or just the "lite" Tahoe versions?
